Online couples therapy and couples counseling helps you and your partner reconnect, communicate, and work through challenges together. Whether you're dating, engaged, or married, therapy offers a supportive space to strengthen your relationship.

When you feel disconnected from your partner, even small conversations can turn into an argument. The ease that you desire or once had is gone. Laughter and playfulness don’t happen anymore.
Do you and your partner feel like you are speaking different languages, or every conversation becomes painful. Are you tired of arguing, or of pretending things are fine when they’re not? Do you just want to feel seen and loved again?
Couples counseling helps you connect, reconnect, communicate more effectively, and find your way back to each other, with honesty, care, and a deeper understanding of what’s really going on underneath it all. Your relationship can feel so much better with the right support.
Couples counseling is about finding your way back to each other. It’s about remembering why you chose this person in the first place, and learning who they are now and what you each need to feel loved. In therapy, you’ll have space to really listen, to feel understood, and to rebuild the warmth that might’ve gotten lost along the way.
You can learn to trust each other again, and enjoy little pleasures like a touch, a look, a laugh you haven’t shared in a while.
Together, you’ll grow stronger, more patient, and more connected so your relationship feels safe and comfortable.

At its core, couples counseling works because it changes the way partners see and respond to each other. Most relationships don’t struggle from a lack of love. They struggle because of how that love gets expressed, misunderstood, or lost in translation. Therapy helps untangle those patterns.
In session, you and your partner will learn to identify and change your reactions, listen without defensiveness, and speak with clarity and care. These small shifts begin to rewire how you communicate. Over time, what was once frustration starts to feel like understanding.
Couples therapy also creates structure. It’s a guided space where emotion meets logic. Instead of rehashing the same arguments, you explore what’s actually driving them: unmet needs, unspoken fears, or hurts that haven’t been healed. When those things come to light, and you start to understand why your partner acts and thinks the way that they do. This brings the space to react differently.
Therapy will help you create safety, learn new ways to connect, and build a relationship that feels secure, loving, and full of promise.

What I’ve learned is that every relationship has its own path. And sometimes, life knocks us off our intended path, and we don’t notice it right away. My work is about helping you find that path again, and rebuild on a stronger foundation. In our sessions, you’ll learn to listen with curiosity so you can build a connection again.
I draw from approaches like the Gottman Method, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and some things I’ve learned after working with couples for many years. But therapy with me is never one-size-fits-all. It’s real, collaborative, and centered around what you and your partner need to heal.
My goal is to create a space where both of you feel understood, hopeful, able to communicate, and ready to move forward together.
Couples Therapy (60 min) is $325 per session.
For some couples, intensives may make more sense. I offer 2-hour, 4-hour, and 8-hour packages that vary in price. The price depends on number of sessions, time of day, and whether it's scheduled for a weekday or weekend.
All sessions are held virtually through a secure online platform. I offer therapy for clients located in New York, Vermont, Michigan, South Carolina, and Florida.
Sessions are scheduled weekly to support consistent progress and lasting results.
I do not accept insurance directly, but I provide superbills you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. You can also pay using HSA/FSA cards, credit or debit cards, or Zelle.

Yes. I understand how busy couples are, so I offer flexible scheduling. The goal is to make therapy fit into your life. For those who are interested, we can also do a couples therapy intensive. This is easy to schedule and offers the opportunity to go deep together, at a time that works for you.
Sessions are weekly to build momentum and consistency.
This is a very common situation. If one partner doesn’t want to come, or isn’t ready, then the partner who is ready can start individual therapy. As they see a difference in you, they may want to join therapy too.
Not at all. Couples therapy can help you gain clarity about your future whether that means rebuilding connection or separating more peacefully. My role is to support both of you in finding the healthiest way forward. I prioritize the relationship, not either partner individually.
Therapy brings existing issues to the surface and it can sometimes feel worse as you are working towards change. Many couples find that difficult topics become easier to handle in the safety of therapy.
Every couple’s journey is different. Some notice positive changes within a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. I will help you set goals and check in on your progress along the way.
